Migra Watch: ICE Observer Training

February 13, 2018 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
6440 King Road
CA Dreamers

When Immigrant rights are under attack we stand up, and fight back. ICE is currently targeting Northern California and targeting all immigrants. They have been known to breakup families and target Dreamers.

Migra Watch, also known as Rapid Response, is a way that the community can help fight these deportations. By becoming a trained ICE observer we can document ICE’s behavior and give an immigrant hope for their deportation case.

Immigrants call a 24 hr hotline managed by Sacramento Act to report ICE in the community. ICE Observers are notified through texts that there is a near by activity. The volunteer will choose to go and document the activity by ICE either on notes, video, or both. The ICE Observer can also provide resources for the family. SPANISH isn’t required to become a trained ICE observer.

Please join our Placer County Migra Watch and help protect our community. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
